We are seeking an experienced SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Global Consultant to support and optimise a complex, multi-country payroll landscape. This role will take ownership of an established global ECP solution currently covering 13 countries.

You will play a key role in ensuring payroll stability, driving continuous improvements, and supporting country-specific requirements within a global template

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end support for SAP ECP across multiple countries
• Manage and maintain payroll operations for a 13-country landscape
• Act as the primary SME for SAP ECP, supporting HR and payroll stakeholders globally
• Handle configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements within ECP
• Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations across all supported regions
• Support payroll cycles, testing, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers
• Drive process improvements and standardisation across countries
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and releases

Required Experience:

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Strong background supporting multi-country/global payroll environments
• Deep understanding of payroll schemas, rules, and configuration
• Experience in global template management and localisation
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment
